Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your Store Bumble account and the personal information associated with it — your name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses, and order history.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address on your account (we ask this so we can verify the request is genuinely from you).
- Use the subject line: “Delete my data”.
- We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What We Delete
- Your account profile (name, email, phone, addresses)
- Your saved delivery addresses
- Your wishlist and browsing history
- Any references to payment methods you have used
What We May Retain
To comply with Pakistan tax and accounting law, we may retain a minimal, anonymised commercial record for a limited period after deletion:
- Order number
- Order date
- Order amount
- Payment method used
This retained record contains no personal identifiers — your name, email, phone, and address are removed — and cannot be linked back to you.
Important
- Deletion is permanent. Once your account and data are deleted, they cannot be recovered. Please make sure this is what you want before submitting the request.
- If you place a new order after deletion, a new account will be created with the information you provide at checkout.
- If you have an active order that has not yet been delivered, we may complete delivery and settle any outstanding payment before processing your deletion request.
