Please read these terms carefully before using storebumble.com. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance

By accessing storebumble.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may only place an order with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the account, orders placed, and payment.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Product availability is subject to stock; we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders in the event of an obvious mispricing.

Product photos are indicative. Colours may vary slightly from the images shown. On highly polished or metallic finishes, minor surface marks or micro-scratches can occur naturally during handling and are not considered defects.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, if stock is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or delivery is not possible to the address you provided — in which case any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer, as shown on the checkout page. For bank transfer orders, payment must be completed before the order is dispatched. For COD, the full order amount is due in cash on delivery, paid directly to the courier.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, coverage, and fees are described on our Shipping Information page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, timelines, and refund method (store credit or cash refund) are described on our Return & Exchange Policy page. An unboxing video is mandatory for damage, defect, or missing-item claims.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email — do not share the code with anyone. You are responsible for orders placed from your account, including orders placed by anyone you allow to access your email inbox or device.

9. Communications

By creating an account or placing an order, you consent to receive order-related messages by email and by WhatsApp (via Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API), as described in our Privacy Policy. These messages are strictly transactional. We do not send marketing over WhatsApp.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the site to attempt fraudulent transactions
• Scrape, copy, or resell any content, product photo, or product description from this site
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

11. Intellectual Property

The Store Bumble name, logo, product photographs, product descriptions, and the overall site design are the property of Store Bumble. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Products are sold “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Store Bumble is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or the products sold. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of your use of the site or purchase of products are governed exclusively by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any claim, dispute, or legal action must be brought only in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan. Store Bumble does not accept jurisdiction in any other court or forum.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
