Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — every product on Store Bumble is eligible for return or exchange.
One rule decides who pays for a return: if the fault is ours, we pay — both ways. If the item arrived exactly as it should have and you simply want to send it back, the return delivery is yours to bear.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this window cannot be accommodated.
What Can Be Returned
All products are eligible for return, including sale items. The item must be in new and unused condition — unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We inspect every returned item upon receipt.
Store Bumble reserves the right to reject a return if the item shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or has been altered in any way.
Who Pays for the Return Delivery
Our mistake — damaged, defective, or the wrong item
We pay both deliveries: sending the item back to us, and sending your replacement out. You pay nothing for either.
Any other reason — change of mind, you didn't like it, it wasn't what you pictured
The return delivery is paid by you. It is a flat Rs 150 — the same as our standard delivery fee — deducted from your store credit, with the balance credited to your account. This applies even if your order qualified for free delivery.
How Refunds Work
Change of mind / didn't like the product
If the item comes back new and unused and there is nothing actually wrong with it, you'll receive a store credit for the price you paid, minus the Rs 150 return delivery charge. The credit can be used on any future order. No cash refund for change-of-mind returns.
Sale / discounted items
Sale items are returnable on the same terms. Refund is issued as store credit only, based on the price you paid (the discounted amount), less the same Rs 150 return delivery charge.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item received
If the mistake is on our end we send a replacement at our cost — nothing is deducted, and you are not charged delivery on it. If the item is out of stock or you'd rather have your money back, you'll receive a full cash refund via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Unboxing Video — Mandatory for Claims
Please record a video while opening your package. For any damage, defect, or missing-item claim, an unboxing video is required as proof. Without video evidence, Store Bumble reserves the right to reject the claim.
The video should clearly show the sealed package before opening, the unboxing process, and the item's condition. A simple phone recording is fine — no need for anything fancy.
The video is also what decides who pays for the return. A damage or defect claim we can't verify — no unboxing video, or an item that turns out to be in perfect condition when we inspect it — is treated as a change-of-mind return: store credit, less the Rs 150 return delivery charge.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- For damage or defect claims, include your unboxing video and photos of the issue.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us at the address we provide. Please use secure packaging.
- After we receive and inspect the item, your refund (store credit or bank transfer) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Want a different variant or product instead? Follow the same return process above. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order using your store credit.
The same rule applies to exchanges. If you're exchanging because the item was damaged, defective, or the wrong one, we cover both deliveries. For any other reason, the Rs 150 return delivery is yours and is deducted from the credit you put towards the new order.
