Our Story: A Decade of Jewellery, Built by Hand

Store Bumble began in 2017 in Islamabad, with one woman, a small budget, and a conviction that buying jewellery in Pakistan could feel better than it did.
No shop, no staff, no investors. Just a phone, an Instagram account, and pieces chosen one at a time — each one held, worn, and judged before it was ever offered to anyone else. Orders were packed by hand at home. They still are packed with that same care today, just in far greater numbers.
Nine years on, that one-woman project has served more than 2,500 customers across Pakistan and built a community of over 46,000 on Instagram. What hasn't changed is the rule everything started with: never sell a piece you wouldn't proudly gift yourself.
What We Believe
Jewellery is about moments, not metal.
A ring is rarely just a ring. It's a birthday remembered, an Eid morning, a sister moving abroad, a husband getting the surprise right. We curate for the moments — which is why we call ourselves a gifting boutique, not a jewellery shop. Every order leaves us gift-wrapped, ready to give.
Curation over volume.
We keep around 250 pieces live at any time — not thousands. Every piece earns its place: 925 sterling silver, hypoallergenic stainless steel, warm copper, and quality gold-plated finishes, across minimalist everyday wear, statement styles, and festive gifting.
Honesty about what you're buying.
The exact material is disclosed on every product page — no vague “high quality” hand-waving. If a piece is gold-plated, we say so, and we'll tell you exactly what that means and how to make it last. An informed customer is a customer who comes back.
The customer is always right. Actually.
Wrong size? Changed your mind? Our exchange policy is deliberately lenient, because a decade of goodwill is worth more than any single sale. It's why so much of our business is repeat customers and their referrals.
Proudly Woman-Owned
Store Bumble is founded, owned, and run by a woman — and in Pakistan, that sentence carries weight. Building a business from a living room to thousands of customers takes a particular kind of stubbornness: answering every DM personally, photographing every piece, learning logistics and couriers and customs the hard way, and doing it all while being underestimated at nearly every step.
We're proud of that story, and prouder still of what it means for the people we serve: jewellery chosen by a woman who wears it, for the women who'll receive it — and for the men trying their best to choose well for the women in their lives.
